Volunteer of the Month - June

Renate Kulnik

"Ride to Eat and Eat to Ride". This has been one of BTCNJ's most popular phrases. Along those lines, BTCNJ members just love those refreshments after the monthly meeting. Who do we have to thank for that? The answer: none other than Renate Kulnik.

Renate has barely been a member for a year but it seems like so much longer! Renate rolled up her sleeves from day one and has been a dedicated, hardworking, enthusiastic volunteer ever since. Anytime BTCNJ needs help, Renate is there. We needed help at the rally, Renate was there. We needed help leading a ride, Renate was there. We needed someone to take over the Monthly Meeting Refreshment Committee and Renate was there. It just wasn't expected that Renate would be committee.

Month after month, Renate plans and schlepps around our refreshments. To be honest, Renate really needs some help with this task as it shouldn't be a "one person show" but no one has stepped up the plate. Like an energizer battery, Renate keeps going and going….

Come say hello to Renate at the next monthly meeting and congratulate her for being Volunteer of the Month. Perhaps you could sign up to help her with the refreshments for a month or two.
