BTCNJ Anniversary Party

It’s almost time for the BTCNJ Anniversary Party! If you haven’t already sent in your reservation, PROCRASTINATE NO MORE! We need to have a final count to the caterer by February 8, so please RSVP by the 7th - tickets will not be sold at the door.

Time: 6:30 - 11:00 pm (Auction Preview: 6:30 – 7:00)
Auction and Party open at 7:00 pm

Venue: OLPH Hall, Franklin Avenue, Oakland, NJ.

Details: $35 per person, all inclusive. We will have delicious theme-appropriate food, beverages (wine, beer, soft drinks), DJ, and, of course, Mardi Gras decorations.

Bring a smile, your appetite and lots of energy to dance. Ethan Brook is organizing the silent auction, and he needs everyone’s help in reaching out to your favorite vendors so we can be sure to have lots of items included in the auction. Keep this need in mind during and aft er the holidays — and be sure to pass the word. See his article below for full details. A portion of the silent auction proceeds will benefit Camp Sunshine, a private, non-profit, 501(c)3 corporation.

The SHHH in Silent Auction is Revoked!!!
Effective immediately all members and friends and relatives of BTCNJ members are free to solicit items for the silent auction that will be held on February 21, 2009 at the Annual BTCNJ Anniversary Party. Please use the donation below when requesting items for the auction. Remember a portion of the proceeds of this event will be donated to Camp Sunshine in Ridgewood, NJ. As a reminder, in years past we have received donations from local bike shops, restaurant gift certificates, personal services, and vacation trips. We have already received commitments for 2 hockey tickets for the New Jersey Devils, including dinner. Gold and silver jewelry have also been donated. Keep those donations coming.
